Frederick Smith is the CEO of Diversity Resource Group, LLC. Frederick oversees day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
Before this role Frederick was a head Equity Trader at Dimension Trading Group. A Springfield, Massachusetts native; Frederick holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Howard University.
In his spare time he enjoys chess and cooking.
